Raw Salted Caramel Chocolate Mousse by Mindful Moose


Another amazing recipe by one of our favourite instabuddies, Jess of Mindful Moose. For those who don't know Jess has pretty much been with us from the beginning. She won our first giveaway back when we were an itty bitty baby on Instagram (and known as KOCO), and now has given birth to her first baby! How time flies :)

What you'll need:
  • 75g avocado
  • 100g frozen banana, in chunks
  • 3 Tbsp Damn Sugar salted caramel hot chocolate
  • 2 Tbsp cacao powder
  • 2 medjool dates, pitted
  • 2 Tbsp water
  • 1 Tbsp nut butter
Method:
  1. Blend until smooth. Spoon into a glass. Eat.
