Crunchy Raspberry and Coconut Chocolate by The Healthy Journey

  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 3 tbs Damn Sugar cacao hot chocolate
  • 1/2 cup freeze dried raspberries or frozen raspberries if you can’t get freeze dried ones
  • 1/4 cup buckinis
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 tbs almond butter


  • Melted the coconut oil and cacao powder in the microwave or double boiler
  • Pour into a tray lined with baking paper (6 inch x 6 inch square tray)
  • Sprinkle with raspberries, buckinis and shredded coconut
  • Drizzle over almond
  • Place in the freezer for 30 mins to set
  • Break into pieces and enjoy
